Logging In

  1. Navigate to the MyPay Login page:
  2. Enter your Email
  3. Enter your Password
  4. Click/tap the Log in button

Password Reset

If you have forgotten your password and are unable to login, you can change your password easily using the following instructions:

  1. Navigate to the MyPay Login page -
  2. Click/tap the Forgot Password link
  3. Enter your Email address
  4. Click/tap the Reset Password button
  5. Go to your email find the email from (check your Junk folders if you cannot find the email into your Inbox)
  6. In the email, click/tap on the Set New Password button
  7. Enter a new Password
  8. Re-enter your new password
  9. Click/tap the Change Password button
  10. You will now be taken back to the MyPay login screen
  11. Enter your Email address
  12. Enter your new Password
  13. Click/tap the Log in button
  14. Authenticate using Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
  15. You should now be logged in and on the Home screen with your MyPay portlets visible

Changing Passwords

  1. Login to MyPay 
  2. Click the profile icon on the far right-hand side of the screen
  3. Click User Settings
  4. Click Password Change
  5. Enter Current Password
  6. Enter New Password
  7. Re-enter New Password
  8. Save

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-Factor Authentication is mandatory in MyPay for all users. Users are automatically registered for 2FA as soon as they are invited to MyPay.

By default, authorisation codes/tokens are sent to the employee's (MyPay login) email address.

Users can also generate authentication codes using the Authy App. 

  • Select Mobile or Desktop option
  • Enter Phone Number
  • Verify Code 
  • Click MyPay to view and copy codes
  • Click Settings
    • view General Info
    • Accounts
    • Devices
