Overview

Under certain circumstances Infinet Cloud Payroll may have the ability to process payroll for employees being paid in a foreign currency. The solution we have available is only suitable when the employee is being paid a fixed amount in the foreign currency and the local amount varies due to exchange rate. Journals are created in the exchange rate converted local currency amount.

NB: There are a number of limitations or restrictions that may apply.

  1. Infinet makes no guarantee this solution will suit your situation.
  2. Infinet does not offer to extend or modify this capability unless quoted and agreed in writing.
  3. Translations are not available via standard NetSuite functionality and not offered by Infinet for scripted functionality. Customer would need to confirm if browser translation tools would be suitable.
  4. Customer must monitor and maintain exchange rate tables within Infinet solution. Infinet does not interact with NetSuite exchange rates or exchange rate settings.
  5. Infinet does not offer to create automated foreign bank files or automated payment transfer.
  6. Infinet does not monitor or maintain rules, requirements or public holidays outside of AU, NZ, UK. Public Holidays only for USA and SG may be maintained at Infinet's discretion.
